How do I make a 3x4 photo on my phone?
Open FotoTepat in your browser, tap Choose photo, and select a photo from your gallery. Drag to position it and adjust zoom. Tap Download JPG to save it to your browser’s download location.
How many pixels is a 3x4 photo?
FotoTepat produces 354 × 472 pixels, approximately 3 × 4 cm at 300 pixels per inch. If the receiving institution specifies other dimensions, follow its requirements.
How can I make a 3x4 photo under 100 KB or 200 KB?
After choosing a photo, select 100 KB or 200 KB in the output settings. FotoTepat adjusts JPG quality. If the limit cannot be met, it shows an explanation and does not download an oversized file.
Is my photo sent to a server?
No. Photo selection, cropping, and JPG creation happen in your browser on your device. This tool does not store photos.
Why does my photo look blurry?
A small source photo or excessive zoom can reduce detail. Use a larger original or reduce the zoom. Resizing cannot create new detail.
Can I change the background to red or blue?
Not yet. FotoTepat keeps the original background. Transparent areas in PNG or WebP photos are filled white when saved as JPG.
Is this free and without a watermark?
Yes. Crop your photo and download a JPG without an account or watermark.
How do I print the result at 3x4 cm?
The JPG includes 300 DPI metadata. Still select 3 × 4 cm in your print application or service, and avoid options that enlarge the photo to fill a page.
