Personal photos should stay personal. Here is what this tool uses and what is stored on your device.

FotoTepat processes photos in your browser on your device. The tool does not upload originals, store results on a server, or create a gallery or sharing links.
Your photo stays in browser memory while you use it. Remove it from the tool or close the page to clear the session. Downloads are stored on your device and can be removed through your file manager.
Appearance preference
Your light or dark choice is stored in browser local storage under fototepat-appearance. This applies your choice when opening another page.
Language follows the page address. The site uses Google Analytics for usage statistics; Google may set analytics cookies. The tool does not record sessions or send photo contents.
Google Analytics
FotoTepat uses Google Analytics 4 on every page to measure visits and three tool events: photo loaded, JPG prepared, or JPG export failed. Google may set measurement cookies and process page URLs, device information and network request data.
No photo contents, filenames, KB limits or crop settings are sent with these events. Google advertising signals and ad personalization signals are disabled in the site configuration. An export event does not prove the file was saved or accepted.
Delivering website pages
Loading a page requires a connection to the hosting provider. Request data such as IP address, browser type, and request time may be processed to deliver the page and secure the service. This is separate from the photos you select, which are processed on your device.
Fonts and tool code are served with the site. Selecting a photo does not trigger an upload request from the tool.
Contacting support
If you email contact@fototepat.com, email providers process your message and email address. Avoid sending face photos, identity documents, or sensitive information. Describe your browser, steps, and error message instead.
